Lightbulb moments for first-time founders
When you don’t know what to do next - or how to do it - I’ll help you have that breakthrough so you can move forward with confidence.
As a first-time founder, you’re never short of ideas.
Your entrepreneurial brain is full of possibilities - new products, new hires, new ways to make your business even better. Opportunities are everywhere, all promising to take your business to the next level.
But as your business grows, these exciting ideas become competing priorities - and potentially costly distractions.
Your ambition is endless but your time and resources are not. You can’t do everything and the pressure is on to make the ‘right’ choice.
What once felt instinctive is begins to blur. You find yourself second-guessing decisions, circling the same questions, searching for the path that feels right for your customer, your business, your team.
You’re looking for a breakthrough. The moment when everything suddenly clicks. When the path forward becomes clear and you feel confident to take it.

Along the way I learned how to make decisions when there’s no playbook - decisions that serve your customers, strengthen your commercials and stay true to your culture.
Something here about founders needing access to this insight. I created Oh!
Now I work with ambitious first-time founders when they need some help figuring out what to do next, and how to do it.

That experience shaped how I think about growth: the biggest challenges rarely come from lack of ambition, but from navigating complexity while staying true to what customers love. And developed my ethos/philosophy.
