I help founders navigate the unexpected challenges that come with growing a business for the first time. Everything from big strategic decisions to those tricky problems that pop up on a random Tuesday afternoon.
I’ve spent my career inside fast-growing start-ups, most notably at Bloom & Wild, where on the journey from innovative idea to household name, we faced challenges big and small every single day.
The truth is, none of us really knew what we were doing at the start. But over time, we developed an approach to decision-making that balanced our customers, commercials and culture that helped us to become the UK’s largest, and most loved, flower gifting brand.
We proved that you don’t have to choose between building a successful business and building one people genuinely love. That’s the thinking I now bring to founders growing businesses of their own.
