I’ve spent my career working alongside ambitious founders as their businesses grow, most notably as part of the early team at Bloom & Wild, where I helped scale the company from startup to household name.
That experience shaped how I think about growth: the biggest challenges rarely come from lack of ambition, but from navigating complexity while staying true to what customers love. And developed my ethos/philosophy.
